アメリカの木工作家 エドワード・ウォールによる円形のカッティングボード。限られた地域と条件下でしか手に入らない大変貴重な「バーズアイメープル」を本体の素材に使用した流線型の美しいカッティングボード。メープル素材はハードメープルの中でも500本に1本の確率で発生するという大変貴重な鳥目状の美しい杢が特徴。丸い穴が1つ空いており、持ち運びが便利でキッチンのフックなどに掛けて保管することもできる。日常の食卓を豊かに彩るテーブルウェアとしても。全ての品は彼の工房で1点ずつハンドメイドにて製作されている。
